How LVT Fitting Works
Step 1: Subfloor Preparation
LVT is unforgiving — any unevenness in the subfloor telegraphs through the tiles after fitting. We assess the subfloor, apply levelling compound where needed, and confirm the surface is ready before any LVT is laid.

Step 2: You Supply the LVT
Purchase your Karndean, Amtico, Moduleo or other LVT from the supplier of your choice. We advise on quantities and any accessories you will need — adhesive, primer, seam sealer — but the product is yours to buy.
Step 3: Professional Installation
We glue down or click-fit the LVT to manufacturer specification, cut border tiles precisely, fit threshold strips and leave the floor ready to use within 24 hours.
